On Thursday evening we had the students of Plymouth University Wilderness and Expedition Medicine Society visting us at the rescue centre, our chair Vicky introduction them to Mountain Rescue where Jay take over and talk about the different searches techniques the team us. 

After Saoirse interrupt Jay a couple of time it was her time together with Ken her handler to talk about Mountain Rescue Search Dogs as Ken was doing all the talking Saoire was collecting all the cuddles. 

Steve talk about the First Aid and Cas Carer so the students have an understanding of what the team can do for the casualty. 

Matt followed with the kit that the team us to treat the casualty and transport of the hill after the students had hands-on experience they split into teams and had a stretchers race outside the rescue centre.
