Today is #RestartAHeartDay.

An annual initiative led by the Resuscitation Council (UK) in partnership with British Heart FoundationBritish Red Cross and St John Ambulance, which aims to improve the low numbers of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrests.

Do you know how to do CPR? The first moments after a person goes into cardiac arrest and before the arrival of medics are vital and can make the difference between life and death.

All our team members are trained first aiders this also means that they are all trained in CPR and how to use defibrillator. We train this on regular basis to keep our skills update.
