The Team would like to say a big thank you to Plymouth based Colebrook Transporters for donating an extra double seat for our Technical Rescue Unit (DART74) so that we are step closer to get on the National Asset Register to do flood rescue national wide.
Colebrook Transporters fitted the double seat free of charge along with replacing the external socket and giving the Technical Rescue Unit the once over so it ready to be deployed.
Colebrook Transporters is becoming our partner for the maintenance of our two vans DART04 and DART74. This is a big help for the team, so please keep Colebrook Transporters in mind if you need any work done on your van.
DART74, our Technical Rescue Unit is used for water and steep-ground/rope rescues. This vehicle was donated to the team by Plymouth based Security Management South West Ltd. This Sunday DART74 will go on it first far deployment as the team will be training with Wiltshire Search and Rescue (Lowlands Rescue)
