The January Jaunt is our first event of the year and involves several members of the team who marshal a 10K race around the beautifully scenic area of Saltram. The race is organised and run by members from the Plymouth Round table. Around 300 people signed up for the event and proceeds are split between several local charities.
It was a lovely fresh dry morning. The runners were in good spirits as they proceeded around the course passing each marshal point, which was occupied by members of the team cheering them on.
All of the runners made good time and were back at the start before we knew it.
We would like to thank the Round table for inviting us to help once again and we look forward to working with them again soon.
