As the rest of the team is battling with storm Brendan out on Bedford Bridge the trainees are on Rescue Centre learning the last bit before they will join the rest of the team on the hill next week.
Tonight it was all about SAR, Cas site Procedures and Cas Care. Darren takes the trainees true the primary survey, shows how Cas Card works and explain ATMIST and ETHANE and when to use them.
Matt and Jay run the Cas Site and explanation of how a Cas Site works and what roles will need to be done and that members without a role stay away from the Cas Site.
To end the evening Trainees been showing how to load the stretcher into DART54 after the stretcher in unload, it is the turn for the trainees to try to loading stretcher.
