Due to the inclement weather experienced over the past couple of months, the Vehicle officer decided it was time to have a vehicle cleaning morning at the Rescue Centre.
Six members of the team arrived bright and early and got to work hosing and scrubbing the vehicles until they were looking shiny and new again. After a break with coffee and biscuits (team members love a good brew and biccy), we took the opportunity to clear out the drying room and to sweep out the dirt and dust accumulated throughout the centre.
It was a tremendous effort given by all, and this just shows a small part of the behind the scenes action that is imperative to the running of the team. Thank you to everyone who attended.
