Full team callout by the Devon & Cornwall Police to locate and evacuate a 30-year-old female with a lower leg injury.
Eighteen members of our members made the journey down to the RV Shaugh Prior carpark.
After a successful location and extraction from the casualty to the car park, she was transported by the family to Derriford Hospital A&E, where it was confirmed that that the casualty had broken her ankle
Team stood down at 16:00 in time for Sunday roast.
We wish the casualty a speedy recovery.
