Last nights Tuesday training involved the full team participating in a radio exercise concocted by Neil H. Once everyone had assembled at Princetown car park, they were split into six teams and each given a tasking sheet.
Teams made their way to the first checkpoint and then had to radio either control or another team for their next checkpoint. The radio role for each team was filled by the trainees giving them an opportunity to practice their techniques using digital radio.
Apart from the midges, it was a beautiful evening to be on the moor, and all enjoyed the exercise. Thank you to Neil H. for organising.
