The Police had again requested our assistance for the third day to lead a search for the missing male, who had now been missing since early Sunday. Team members along with Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team – Tavistock assembled at Wigford Down, near Cadover Bridge.
The team was able to locate him mid-afternoon with the assistance of the Urban Search & Rescue dog team.
Unfortunately, the gentleman had passed away. Our thoughts are with the family and friends at this difficult time.
