Incident 05. | 18/02/22 00.00

As #StormEunice moves on to pastures new, the team returns to our normal state of operational readiness.
We were on standby from 12.00am, and at our Rescue Centre from 05.00 until 17.00 today as part of the multi-agency response to the Major Incident. We had two 4×4 vehicles with drivers, casualty carers, radio operators and water team members ready to respond quickly to any developing incidents.
Overall we have had a relatively quiet day, with only one tasking for Dart 54. But it has given us the opportunity to get on with a number of vital equipment checks that will enable us to keep providing our service to #Plymouth and the wider area.
We would like to wish anyone who has been affected by #StormEunice best wishes and we hope this storm has not caused too much damage.

A Met Office ⚠️ Amber Weather Warning ⚠️ remains in place until 21.00 this evening.

⚠️ Remember if you need assistance, dial 999 or 112, ask for the Police and then Mountain Rescue.
