DSRT Plymouth where callout to assist Devon and Cornwall Police after several independent reports of a “red distress flare”.
Six team members assembled at Harford Moor Gate, two members and the driver of DART54 are quickly dispatched to the Puffing Billy track. The National Police Air Service (NPAS) Helicopter is also on route to assist.
After a good search by the team members and NPAS Helicopter, nobody was found in need of our assistance. The team stood down at 02:30
